The ATS Supertrak™ is a revolution in high-speed pallet transport systems. With Supertrak™, the direction, acceleration, speed and position of each individual pallet is totally programmable. Individual pallet control eliminates pallet-to-pallet and pallet-to-belt contact, reducing pallet wear, keeping the system clean and reducing shock loads that are applied to the parts being assembled.
Built-in Pallet ID means no outside radio or mechanical pallet tags are required. Supertrak™ is also extremely accurate, allowing conveyors to be utilized as an axis of movement for operations such as liquid dispense or re-testing.
Supertrak's unique pallet design allows full access to the top and bottom of the pallet, while eliminating conventional lift & locates, conveyor pre-stops, and lift & transfer devices.
