A control system that uses a CAD drawing download to produce a cutout of interior doors.   The system is based upon a Galil PC Motion Control system and KollMorgen Servo amplifiers and motors.   Various shapes including oval, rectangular, and lockset cutouts are cutout according to the style of door that is ordered.   A computer display provides the operator with realtime feedback on the operation as well as controls for jog, home, and optional oscillation on/off for metal doors.
