Certified Class 10 clean room, zero ESD, hi-G limited motions, high speed assembly of multiple disk media, spacers, heads, testing. Bar code scanning and tracking with factory MRP. Continuous operation manufacuturing allows reload without operator pauses. Robots also handle all transport of material between cells instead of dirty conveyors, passing off product from one cell to the next. Handles simultaneous assembly or sequential assembly. Special materials and design for flow-through clean air, easy wipe down. Single PC with touchscreen handles all operations inside clean room. Several products can be run on line.
