New Aoi Machine

Jacksonville, IL (June 8th, 2012) - In March 2012, we purchased a state-of-the-art AOI machine, namely, the Mirtec MV-7xi In-Line AOI machine. This amazing machine features a 5 camera in-line AOI system. It utilizes five 10 mega pixel digital color camera technology, integrated INTELLI-SCAN laser inspection system, and unsurpassed defect detection. With this machine, we hope to eliminate virtually all defects, while running the printed circuit boards at an even faster speed than ever before. This means a better product in an even faster production time!

Our success stems from our aggressive approach to workplace safety by correcting problems when they’re spotted and implementing a safety management system and safety training program for the work force. An achievement like this requires the dedication and conscious effort of everyone at our facility on a daily basis.
