In March 2012, we purchased a state-of-the-art AOI machine, namely, the Mirtec MV-7xi In-Line AOI machine. This amazing machine features a 5 camera in-line AOI system. It utilizes five 10 mega pixel digital color camera technology, integrated INTELLI-SCAN laser inspection system, and unsurpassed defect detection. With this machine, we hope to eliminate virtually all defects, while running the printed circuit boards at an even faster speed than ever before. This means a better product in an even faster production time!
