A comprehensive checklist including: harmonic drive and belt assembly inspection, cleaning, lubrication and replacement as needed, battery replacement, wire harness inspection, and bearing check and lubrication is something that each used system is put through. The robot is repainted and put through an extended repeatability test after a full inspection and overhaul; it is then deemed worthy for production.
