Micro Instrument Corp designs and fabricates Assembly and Test Automation primarilly for the medical device, optics, electronics and aerospace industries. We offer complete design and fabrication services in house. Micro is certified to ISO 9001/2000 & AS9100B. We deliver our special machines world wide and have a keen understanding of FDA requirements and CE marking requirements. Micro has a full contigent of in-house skilled trades and engineers that travel with the equipment and assist our clients with start-up on our clients factory floors. We offer each client a secured web-site dock for very thorough and accurate communications during all phases of your project. We offer a Class 1000 environment as well as a 5% relative humidity environment if your product contains lithium. All of engineers as well as our skilled trades have been trained for lean manufacturing principals. If your needs dictate a lean manufacturing approach or a high volume high speed assembly and test complex we are the right fit for your requirements. Micro has four large machine building bays all seperated by floor to cieling curtains if required. Our largest bay is 45' x 220' in lengh and all bays have either five or three ton overhead cranes.
