Panafab Custom Machines, [www.panafab.com] Custom machines intergrating vibratory feeders, robot assembly stations, material cut-to-length machines, pin stamping ID machinery, plastic degate and clip insert machines.
ToolTex, Inc. [www.tooltex.com] Plastic welding equipment, ultrasonic, vibration, hot plate and spin. Custom machines designed to hold and weld your parts. Primary customer is the auomotive tier-two molders.
Jerhen Feeders, Inc.[ www.jerhen.com] Vibratory feeders custom built to feed your screws, bolts, nuts, or any small part. Hoppers and vibratory tracks with built-in escapements for additional automation.
Visumatic Fastening Systems, [www.visumatic.com] Visumatic builds automated screwdriver systems. The screws or nuts are feeder feed to the driver end of driver head and installs the part automatically. These can be hand-held or robot controlled to assemble parts.
Coating Application Specialists, Inc. [www.casiweb.com] CASI builds and reconditions both powder-coat and wet-paint ovens and paint booths. They can provide automatic reciprocators, robot applied or manual systems.
