Veros Systems Inc. Appoints New Ceo

Veros Systems Inc. a provider of intelligent asset management software solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Allan L. Wilson as President & Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wilson takes over from Tommy E. Knight who will remain as Chairman of the Board.
“We believe that Allan’s experience in developing and marketing industrial software globally, will provide the leadership necessary to increase brand awareness and create rapid customer adoption of Veros Systems’ Intelligent Asset Management solutions”, said Tommy Knight
“I am very excited about this new challenge. The positive impact the Veros solution will have in helping companies with cost effective energy management, and the management of predictive behavior of their electrically driven assets, will change the industry. Machines collaborating with people through intelligent devices is true breakthrough technology. The Veros solution has made it a reality”, said Allan Wilson.

Allan Wilson is a veteran of the software industry. He was president of Advsian Inc., a subsidiary of Western Data Systems (bought by Manugistics and now part of JDA Software). He later served as chairman and CEO of Factory Logic, an Austin developer and supplier of lean manufacturing and supply chain management software that was acquired by SAP. Following that acquisition, he held senior positions within SAP both in the US and in Germany.

About Veros Systems Inc.

Veros Systems develops and markets advanced, cost effective, software solutions providing real-time intelligence for the sustainable asset management and reliability of any electrically driven machine. The Veros Systems non-invasive technology, which was exclusively licensed from The Texas A&M University System and Caltech, eliminates the need for permanently installed and costly vibration or other type sensors. By applying predictive analytics to non-intrusively obtained electrical measurements the solution can provide a 24x7 analysis of the health of any electrically driven asset and can predict with great accuracy any potential failure in the future whether it be electrical or mechanical.
