U. C. Me Version 6.0 Released
U.C.ME is OPC client alarm notification and analysis software. It uses SMS, WAP, RSS, Phone, Fax, Email
and Multimedia to notify users of alarm situations.
U.C.ME can connect to any OPC or DDE server or any SCADA that supports OPC/DDE.
U.C.ME supports bidirectional communication via SMS and Phone. Users may acknowledge alarms, query or
change tag values via SMS or phone.
Version 6.0 offers capability for Multi-OPC servers (local and remote), as well as increased support to meet FDA
21-CFR-Part 11 compliance.
Additional new features include better security using user’s authorization (username & password), and easy routines
for Back-up and Restore of all application and data files. In additon, capabilities have been added that allow
forcing of alarms for simulation, testing or non-PLC triggered alarms.
U.C.ME has been installed successfully worldwide on Building Management Systems, Pharmaceutical Production,
Security Systems, and Water and Waste Treatment installations.
Where installations do have existing OPC Server or SCADA systems in place, we can provide field I/O hardware to
provide a “stand-alone”, local or remote alarm monitoring system.
