New reporting functionality and data integration to be added to threading system
Sterling Heights, Mich., September 20, 2011—Sterling Heights, Mich.-based Eagle Thread Verifier, LLC, makers of an automated thread gauge system, announced today that technology veteran, Edward Mutz is now Eagle Thread Verifier’s Chief Information Officer. The announcement was made at the 2011 Quality Expo at McCormick Place North in Chicago.
Mutz brings over 25+ years of technology integration experience to Eagle Thread Verifier. One of his first initiatives is to bring fully integrated plant floor quality reporting to users of the ETV system. As CIO for Eagle Thread Verifier, Mutz plans to provide new functionality to the 21-year old thread verification system such as data collection, data mining, monitoring and control components, and quality reports. Quality metrics will be captured for business and quality reporting to provide visibility to product life cycle and overall quality of end products manufactured.
