Job Description:
Great Opportunity for a creative Design Engineer.
We build machinery for the Pulp and Paper Industry our machines are the packaging and handling lines in the mills.
We have been in business for over 85 years and going strong. We are looking for a person to join our team that will help with the interfacing and programming of our machinery. We call the position an Electrical Engineer as we have two components to our engineered products 1. Electrical 2. Mechanical. If there are any Mechanical Designers looking at this we have a position on that side too!
We are mainly an Allen Bradley house, we do however use Siemens and Mitsubishi also depending on the customers requirements as most of the mills are integrated with one PLC brand.
What is cool about us is that you get to design, interface with the shop while it is built, interface with service while it is installed and travel occasionally at the begining and end of a project if needed. The travel is about 20-25% of the time, both foreign and domestic.
