Allied Automation is please to announce Pepperl+Fuchs´ SLC safety light curtains are a self-monitoring photoelectric protection device, Category 4 (EN 954-1) or Type 4 in accordance with IEC61496-1, -2.
Infrared light beams form the protection field with available resolutions of 14 mm for finger detection, 30 mm for hand detection.
Sensing ranges up to 15 m and protection field heights up to 1800 mm are available. All features, such as start / restart interlock, are integrated in the receiver of the safety light curtain.
