Job Description

Technical experience:
• Mechanical engineering experience with creative ability to develop fixtures, and automation to position and index parts for maximum productivity
• Develop set ups & tooling for laser processing (motion, programming), mechanical engineering drawings
• Programming: PC – AutoCad, Solid Works, Adobe Illustrator, Excel, VB; PLC.
• Project management responsibilities - Automated, integrated production line systems
• Laser experience is a bonus but we will train

Education:
• Post high school technical training
• Technical/Engineering training – and/or diverse mechanical experience
• Previous mechanical technical/engineering experience and demonstrated interest in mechanical design, development, automation integration as a career path

General:
• Positive proactive attitude, with ability to work with minimum supervision
• Quality conscious, with ability to perform detail precise work.
• Work as part of a group or as an individual on projects or as a member a team to develop integrated mechanical systems.

Schedule:
• 8 AM – 4 PM
• Ability to work overtime, when necessary
